Pick up a sample vessel from Isaac’s in Waipawa or Hastings. We will advise you how to collect a water sample to avoid contamination, so it can be tested accurately. 

Return your water sample, we’ll work through a submission form to ascertain the details of your sample.

When we’re satisfied your supplied sample is able to be tested, we’ll transport it to Water Testing Hawke’s Bay for lab tests. You’ll receive reports with analysis and interpretation that defines what’s in your water samples. 

Isaac’s will then decide what to do with your test outcomes, provide advice, solutions and carry out any necessary work.
