Gavin Streeter and Shane Heaton purchased Isaac’s Plumbing, Pumping and Electrical in 2013. Back then it had 7 staff and were based in Waipawa, Central Hawke’s Bay. Fast forward to today, and we have welcomed two additional Directors in Daniel Pepper and Matt Gibson. Dan joined as a director in April 2019, bringing with him years of experience within the electrical field. Matt Gibson joined as a director in April 2021 as a pump expert heading our Water Division.

Like Shane and Gavin, Daniel and Matt are both Hawkes Bay locals, and work every day, full time, within the Isaac’s business.

We have branches in Hastings as well as Waipawa, and service all of Hawke’s Bay including Napier, Havelock North, Hastings – and of course Central Hawkes Bay from Hastings South to Dannevirke (Correct?). We employ over 80+ people (and support local business through our charity work.

We pride ourselves on being responsive – we have five full time schedulers ready to book your job, with highly skilled tradespeople, who conduct themselves with the highest professional standard when in your workplace. You can hold us to it.

We have a full time, in house Health and Safety manager, and are SiteWise Gold certified. We really take the safety of our staff, those working alongside us, and our customers very seriously.
